      Great yabbie pump but it took a couple of weeks to arrive with no communication.

      The best

      Have had my Alvey 75 cm bait pump for a year or so now. A great pump. Has saved me a fortune in bait. I stupidly left it unwashed and not loosened after my last use a few months ago. Ordered some new washers etc from Alvey and they arrived very quickly. Easy fix and up and running again.
      Great service, great product.

      After getting some great advice from Alvey on what size bait pump to buy, I settled on the 75cm model and it's been absolutely fantastic! I've been using it regularly for a good while now and it's still working perfectly but I thought I should get a washer kit since it'll need one at some stage. Delivered with Alvey's usual speed and ease.

      New Pump - Doesn't Work

      I purchased this pump a while ago and took it on 2 fishing trips last year and fortunately my fishing mate had a different brand pump as my new you-beaut pump just wouldn't work. Didn't matter what I did, how many times I pulled it apart and put back together, even changed the type of washer several times. It still doesn't work and there's nothing complex in terms of parts etc, so I have no idea. I've been wanting to drop it back in to Alvey but living on the Sunshine Coast is just too far away without having to courier it to Brisbane. Been pumping yabbies for 30 years and never had such a problem. If I can't find out why it doesn't work (just doesn't suck up water, sand or mud and therefore no yabbies) I'll have to get a different one. Very disappointing.

      Return & Refund

      Returns for refund will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. This return for refund policy is applicable for change of mind, and lack of expertise for use of product.

      Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Alvey within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery.

      If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

      Alvey owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error. 

      Shipping

      We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by Alvey.

      Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Alvey will make every effort to deliver on time but cannot guarantee specific time periods.

      Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts may be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

      International Orders

      Alvey currently ships to Australia only. For all other countries, please contact us prior to ordering. Alvey will take no responsibility for goods once those goods leave Australia. All international orders must be paid with either PayPal or direct deposit.
