John Gowing, owner of Alvey identified a need for the highest quality possible fishing reels to combat the harsh conditions that game fishing in Australia continuously produces. Following extensive research and testing, Alutecnos and Alvey partnered to combine cutting-edge technology with renowned durability, creating a superior line of reels for all conditions.
Alutecnos is a small but international company that does not deviate from its flagship product. Each reel is made by completely CNC-controlled production process to make their product reliable and of high quality. Their reels are compact, robust but at the same time light and designed for an intuitive use, to be handed down from generation to generation and to continue a tradition so full of values of fishing.
Gorilla 6V, features an integrated drag-preset and drag side plate with ergonomic design. A double drag disc able to be set up over 20 lbs with guaranteed free spool, an ergonomic operating lever that, combined with the aluminum power handle, keeps the arm at maximum thrust position. The power waste is minimized and combined with the gear couple, allowing to exploit it to the best and make line rewinding easier, faster and more comfortable (even with a fast retrieve ratio 6.2:1).

Return & Refund
Returns for refund will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. This return for refund policy is applicable for change of mind, and lack of expertise for use of product.
Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Alvey within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery.
If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
Alvey owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.
Shipping
We do not ship to third party addresses (including PO Boxes) unless that address is known and can be verified by Alvey.
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Alvey will make every effort to deliver on time but cannot guarantee specific time periods.
Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts may be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
Orders over $100 are Free freight except combos due to being freighted in 2 boxes.
