Warranty Registration

Our side cast reels carry a ten (10) year warranty for defects which appear within this period. The warranty on our product will not be valid if the product has not received normal care and maintenance as per our instructions or has been used for a use not intended for that product. We will deal with your warranty claim at no cost to you. If you wish to make a warranty claim and return the faulty product to us, please contact us for our Free Post Address details. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of an acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits you receive under this warranty are in addition to any other rights and remedies you have under any law relating to this item.
