To all our loyal and devoted supporters, the entire team at Alvey Reels thanks you all sincerely for helping make our 100th year in business an exceptionally busy one. Whilst Covid-19 has created unprecedented events, we sincerely apologise for the frustration caused with delayed orders to our valued customers.

Under these difficult and trying times, we are busy employing additional team members in our manufacturing and assembly areas, and training them with the required skills to produce the exceptional products we are known for, albeit this is a timely process.

Our Carole Park Team are critical to keeping the business running smoothly and with the additional impacts of the Covid Safe procedures, we can no longer permit any access from any “non-essential to operations” personnel for either repairs and spare parts. We have taken this step in order to insure the safety of our team members whilst taking all steps necessary to limit any community transmission.

Our Alvey Retail partners listed on our website “Where to Buy”, can order parts for you and in most cases carry out repairs as well, but alternatively, our website provides exploded views and part numbers for most models, and the ability to order the parts online under the “Spare Parts” section.

We also wish to reiterate to all our valued customers that Alvey Reels’ Carole Park premises, are not a retail outlet and as such we do not have the facility or resources to fulfil retail sales from the office. The Alvey Team are working diligently to train our new personnel, whilst filling orders of new products for our dealers and customers.
