    Alvey Reels x Platypus Lines Prize Pack Giveaway

    1. The Promoters

    The Promoters areAlvey Reels Australia andTackle Tactics (distributor of Platypus Lines) (collectively "The Promoters"). The lead administrative promoter for the purpose of data collection isGowing Bros Ltd (ABN: 68 000 010 471).

    2. Terms and Conditions

    Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    3. Who Can Enter

    Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

    Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

    "Immediate family" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, or first cousin.

    4. Promotional Period

    Promotion commences at 2:00 PM AEST on 12/08/2026 and ends at11:59 PM AEST on 12/08/2026 ("Promotional Period").

    5. How to Enter

    To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period:

    1. Visit the official giveaway landing page athttps://alvey.com.au/pages/giveaway.

    2. Follow the prompts to the promotion entry page and input the requested details (including name, email address, and mobile number) into the online entry form.

    3. Consent to receive email and SMS marketing communications from Alvey Reels and Tackle Tactics (Platypus Lines) as specified in clause 9 below.

    Limit: Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.

    The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age, and residence). Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed ineligible.

    6. Prize Details

    There is one (1) major prize pack to be won. The total prize pool is valued atRRP $1,419.95. The prize pack includes:

    General Prize Conditions:

    • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

    • If any prize item is unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value and equivalent specification.

    • Prizes will be dispatched to an Australian address only. No international shipping.

    • The Promoters are not responsible for prizes lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once dispatched.

    7. Winner Selection and Notification

    The winner will be selected via a random electronic draw conducted within7 days of the competition closing date.

    The winner will be notified viaemail within five (5) business days of the draw, using the email address provided at entry.

    The Promoters' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

    Security notice: Be aware of fake social media accounts. The Promoters will never ask for credit card details or bank information to claim a prize. Official communication will only come from verified brand channels of Alvey Reels or Tackle Tactics (Platypus Lines).

    8. Unclaimed Prizes

    The Promoters will take all reasonable steps to notify the winner. If the winner does not respond and claim their prize withinthree (3) months of the notification date, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur.

    9. Privacy, Email, and SMS Marketing Consent

    The Promoters collect personal information ("PI") to conduct this promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this PI.

    Joint consent: By entering, entrants expressly consent to having their PI (specifically name, email address, and mobile number) shared with both participating brands: Alvey Reels Australia and Tackle Tactics (Platypus Lines).

    Entrants agree to be added to theemail and SMS marketing databases of both Alvey Reels Australia and Tackle Tactics (Platypus Lines) and may receive email and SMS communications from each brand.

    Entrants may opt out of email communications at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link in any email received from either brand, and may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS received from either brand, as per the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

    Personal information will be handled in accordance with each brand's respective Privacy Policy:

    10. Publicity

    The winner consents to the Promoters using their first name and first initial of their surname in any announcement of the winner result across the Promoters' social media channels and websites, without further remuneration.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoters exclude all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) arising in any way out of the promotion, the entry process, or the use of the prize.

    The Promoters are not responsible for: technical malfunctions affecting entry; late, lost, or misdirected entries; or any error in the prize description.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
