    1. The Promoter

    The Promoters are Chasebaits Australia, RigMate, Adreno, Alvey, and EvaKool (collectively "The Promoters"). The lead administrative promoter for the purpose of data collection is River2sea Shogun Australia (ABN: 13 707 911 307).

    2. Terms and Conditions

    Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    3. Who Can Enter

    • Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

    • Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

    • Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

    4. Promotional Period

    Promotion commences at 4:00 PM AEST on 09/03/2026 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 22/03/2026 (“Promotional Period”).

    5. How to Enter

    To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period:

    1. Visit the official giveaway landing page or a participating partner's website.

    2. Follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page and input the requested details (including Name, Email, and Mobile Number) into the online entry form.

    3. Limit: Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.

    4. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age, and residence). Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed ineligible.

    6. Prize Details

    There is one (1) major prize pack to be won. The total prize pool is valued at RRP $2,513.00. The prize pack includes:

    • EvaKool: 60L Infinity Fibreglass Cooler (RRP $475).

    • Alvey: Orca 6 1/2" Captain Series Reel & Light Surf Special R62L Rod (RRP $639).

    • Chasebaits: Ultimate Lure Pack - delivered as a digital gift card (RRP $450).

    • RigMate: Ultimate Spool Pack - Pre-tied dropper loop rigs bundle (RRP $400).

    • Adreno: Montague 3.5mm 2 Piece Lined Wetsuit (RRP $549). Note: Wetsuit size is subject to availability at the time of drawing.

    General Prize Conditions:

    • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

    • If a prize is unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value and/or specification.

    7. Winner Selection & Notification

    • The winner will be selected via a random electronic draw within 14 days of the competition closing.

    • The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the draw.

    • The Promoters’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

    • Security Notice: Be aware of fake social media accounts. The Promoters will never ask for credit card details or bank information to claim a prize. Official communication will only come from the verified brand emails/handles of Chasebaits, RigMate, Adreno, Alvey, or EvaKool.

    8. Unclaimed Prizes

    The Promoters will take all reasonable steps to notify the winner. However, if the winner does not claim the prize within three (3) months of the notification, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur from the pool of Reserve Entries.

    9. Privacy, Email, and SMS Marketing Consent

    • The Promoters collect personal information ("PI") to conduct the promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this PI.

    • Joint Consent: By entering, entrants expressly consent to having their PI (specifically email and mobile number) shared with all five (5) participating brands: Chasebaits, RigMate, Adreno, Alvey, and EvaKool.

    • Entrants agree to be added to the Email and SMS marketing databases for each of these brands.

    • Entrants may opt-out of these communications at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link in emails or the "STOP" prompt in SMS messages, as per the Spam Act 2003.

    • Personal information will be handled in accordance with each brand's respective Privacy Policy.

    10. Publicity

    Entrants consent to the Promoters using their name, likeness, and image in the event they win (including photography or film) for an unlimited period without remuneration for promotional purposes.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoters exclude all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) arising in any way out of the promotion or the use of the prize.

    12. Governing Law

    The laws of Queensland, Australia govern these terms and conditions. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
